On my fr245, it would go from 5-7 days to 2-3 days, so the impact could be significant. Have never turned on pulsox at night in my f7 because I want more battery. Agree that the second hand watch face will reduce the battery, possibly on the order of up to 1 day over the course of a full charge (assuming ~18 days per full charge). I updated my garmin fenix 5 with 14.10. I still have problems with high battery consumption. Consume 1% per hour. With software 13.1 I had consumption of 5% per day. It doesn't. The watch still produces position update every second in either case, it just doesn't write all of them to the storage in the smart recording case. Dont use bluetooth to connect with your phone all the time. Unless you really need notifications on your watch it will just drain the battery. Completely drain the watch of power so it turns off. Then charge it overnight to 100% using direct power cable. Don't use a PC. Then reset the watch when at 100%. Similar. Since last week and after 1 year my Fenix 6X Pro is suddenly draining around 20% every 24 hours, without having change the settings (before it would last 2 weeks, even doing lots of activities.) Even when disconnecting the Bluetooth the drain remains the same. No extra apps installed, basic watch face, even without seconds. I'm looking for a solution to my Garmin Fenix 6 Pro battery draining extremely fast. Here's what I did for the solution: 1- Hard reset. I turned off the clock. I held down the two buttons on the right as it booted up. I let go of a key after the first beep. Other button after second beep. My Forerunner 935 (with more or less the same 20.00 firmware version) is over 3 years old and battery life is about half wat it used to be. But that's for quite some time now. I thing at least since 13.xx. Either Garmin uses lousy batteries (normally after 500 charge cycles there should be 80% batterylife left) Fenix 5s plus battery drain. Hi, I know this question has been asked loads but it seemed like the fast battery drain had been solved for most people a while ago.. however My fenix 5s plus is using 7.628 %/ hour in smart watch mode, making it mostly useles. I've hard reset multiple times, updated the firmware, turned off autosync,/ backlight at Vay Tiền Online Chuyển Khoản Ngay.
